Liberal Studies emphasizes on integrated development
in teaching, experiential learning and overall grooming of
the students in areas of leadership, teamwork, communication
skills, thinking skills and being a responsible global citizen
to cater to needs of the industry. It has been taught in world-renowned
universities of North America and Europe for over 100 years
on the same campus alongside Engineering and Management to
provide interdisciplinary learning opportunities to students.
The School of Liberal Studies, a constituent of Pandit Deendayal
Petroleum University, launches its undergraduate program in
Liberal Studies. Students get a chance to learn from courses
of Arts & Science to Management & Performing Arts
and to develop their hidden potential.
PDPU has excellent infrastructure, residential facilities
and stimulating environment to support the all round development
of the students. SLS will also extend this unique academic
initiative to enrich the curriculum and for holistic development
of engineering and management schools of the university.
